O.C Hear It! was created out of my own personal need as a legally blind person. I had always been dependent on using a magnifying glass or cctv to read most printed texts. So while in college and learning to code I decided to make an app, and O.C Hear It! was born. I originally created it for use on my windows tablet windows tablet, I then later made an android verison to make it more accesssible and useable on phones.
